'Sesame Street' crew joins party at Phoenix Open's 16th hole
It appears we have a winner.
Dressing up for the par-3 16th at the Phoenix Open has became tradition over the years, with fans donning outrageous outfits in an attempt to stand out.
On Saturday, four fans dressed up as Big Bird, Oscar the Grouch, Elmo, and Cookie Monster of "Sesame Street." The costumes were a big hit.

Fans began lining up at 4:30 a.m. MT to try and grab a decent seat on the hole.
