Christopher Hanewinckel / USA TODAY Sports

The sight of Jordan Morris wheeling away in celebration in the threads of the United States national team could be a familiar sight for the next decade or so.

The Seattle Sounders forward and reigning MLS Rookie of the Year slotted home in Friday's friendly against Jamaica after some neat interplay between himself and Benny Feilhaber following a probing pass from Dax McCarty.

The friendly in Chattanooga, Tenn., ended 1-0 to the host, with captain Michael Bradley, 29, edging closer to Cobi Jones' record tally of 164 U.S. caps with his 62nd-minute introduction from the bench.
