Bernardo Silva came through in the clutch on Sunday, Monaco's young Portuguese magician netting a 92nd-minute equaliser to earn his side a potentially enormous point against fellow title rival Paris Saint-Germain.

Questions will be asked of both goalkeeper Alphonse Areola and Edinson Cavani - whose attempt at closing down the budding left-footed star is best described as non-existent - but regardless of how it came about, the fact remains that both sides could end up looking back at this strike as a pivotal moment come the end of the season.

Nice, by virtue of a win earlier in the day, emerges as the big winner of the round, as Mario Balotelli and Co. are now level on 49 points with Monaco at the Ligue 1 summit, while PSG sits three points adrift of the duo.

The exhilarating Ligue 1 title race shows no signs of slowing down.
