The San Diego Chargers could play their games in the NFL's smallest stadium when they arrive in Los Angeles, according to Eric D. Williams of ESPN.

While the long-term plan of relocating would be to share a new, multi-billion-dollar stadium with the Los Angeles Rams, the Chargers would need to find a home for several years while it's built.

According to Williams, the Chargers are considering two options: play in Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, where the Rams and USC currently play, or play at StubHub Center, home of the LA Galaxy of MLS.

There's a slight difference in size between the two venues; the Coliseum seats 90,000, while StubHub Center's capacity for football is 30,000.

Every NFL stadium except the Oakland Coliseum seats at least 60,000 fans.

Part of the reason the Chargers are looking to relocate is the difficulty the team has had filling its stadium in San Diego, but dropping down to 30,000, even for just a few years, would be a severe downgrade.
