Report: Siemian to start vs. Titans after 1-game absence
Denver Broncos quarterback Trevor Siemian will return to the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans after missing Week 13 with a foot injury, a player source told Mike Klis of 9News.
Paxton Lynch started in last week's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in relief of Siemian, but looked every bit a rookie, passing for just 104 yards on 24 attempts.
Siemian was listed as questionable but appeared on track to return after participating, albeit in a limited capacity, in all three practices during the week.
The Broncos will need him to continue the form he showed in Week 12, when he threw for 368 yards and three touchdowns with no interceptions in an overtime loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, as Denver appears to have a fight on its hands to secure a wild-card berth.
