Report: Rockets, Motiejunas agree to 4-year, $35M deal

Power forward Donatas Motiejunas signed a four-year, $35-million deal with the Houston Rockets, league sources told The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Houston will reportedly pay Motiejunas $8.3 million this season, and will own team options in each of the next three seasons.
The Rockets initially pulled their offer sheet to the 7-foot power forward Friday after he refused to submit to a physical earlier in the week. Motiejunas will take a physical before officially signing his new deal, according to Wojnarowski.
The 25-year-old will be eligible to be traded 90 days from now, according to Sam Amick of USA TODAY Sports.
Motiejunas averaged 6.2 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.1 assists on 43.9 percent shooting in 37 games for Houston last season.
