Here are the fantasy repercussions following the news that Robert Griffin III will start at quarterback for the Cleveland Browns in Week 14 against the Cincinnati Bengals:

Sunday will be Griffin's first start since Week 1 and just his second since 2014. He will have to shake off the rust, but RG3 is an intriguing daily fantasy option this week.

He is not yet listed on Squad Up, but Griffin is priced at the minimum salary on the majority of daily fantasy sites. His combination of arm strength and speed present a high ceiling relative to his salary, but his lack of game action over the past few years gives him a low floor. Roster him only in tournaments.

RG3 struggled in his season debut, completing 12/26 passes for 190 yards with no touchdowns and one interception. This came on the road in Philadelphia against a stout Eagles defense. Cleveland's matchup at home against the Bengals this week provides plenty of optimism for a strong showing from the former No. 2 overall pick.

The Bengals have a league-average pass defense, but starting linebackers Vontaze Burfict, Rey Maualuga and Karlos Dansby all lack foot speed. They could have trouble containing RG3 outside of the pocket, leading to a high rushing yardage total by game's end from the signal caller.

Though the Browns are winless, Griffin does have some weapons on the outside. Rookie Corey Coleman can really fly and now he has a QB with an arm to stretch the field. Terrelle Pryor Sr. has made a remarkable transition from athletic QB to playmaking receiver.

Pairing Griffin with either Coleman or Pryor in a tournament lineup makes for an affordable, high-upside combo play that will have little ownership. Griffin has a lot to prove over the next few games, so don't expect him to hold back in any form, despite his injury history.

One thing that could hold RG3 back is the potential for snow in Cleveland. Be sure to monitor the weather if you plan on starting Griffin. If there is snow, you should consider another QB.
