Report: Broncos work out free agents T.J. Yates, Bernard Pierce

The Denver Broncos worked out quarterback T.J. Yates and running back Bernard Pierce, among several offensive free agents Tuesday, according to Pro Football Talk's Zac Jackson.

Denver is desperately seeking improvements in their backfield, and Yates and Pierce could provide the defending Super Bowl champions with a much-needed boost during the home stretch.

Wide receivers Keshawn Martin, Davonte Allen, Hunter Sharp, DeAndre Carter, Corey Washington, running back Zac Brooks, and offensive linemen Michael Brewster, Reese Dismukes, and Cyril Lemon attended the workout.
