Happy Valley parties (with lamp post) in the streets after Penn State win
It's a happy time to be in Happy Valley.
Penn State fans were particularly happy Saturday night after their team won the Big Ten title for the first time since 2008, and they wasted little time in showing it, taking the party - and a helpless lamp post - to the streets.
