Watch: Preston teammates fight before getting sent off
The postmatch talk in Preston North End's locker room must've been horribly awkward.
Tempers boiled over in what was already a disappointing day for Preston - who occupies the 15th spot in the Championship after falling Saturday to Sheffield Wednesday.
Less than 10 minutes after conceding the eventual winner, teammates Jermaine Beckford and Eoin Doyle were involved in a heated shoving match during injury time before Preston dropped its third-straight league game.
To add insult to injury, both players were shown straight red cards and will now face suspension, as well as possibly being punished by the club.
When describing the incident on Twitter, the two teams' respective accounts took an understandably different approach:
