Draymond after kicking Harden: Rockets deserved flagrant as well

While Thursday's double-overtime thriller will be best remembered for Draymond Green's kick to James Harden's head, it wasn't the only dirty play in the contest, at least according to the Golden State Warriors forward.

Green believes the Houston Rockets' Montrezl Harrell also should've been called for a flagrant after appearing to strike him in the back of the head late in the game.

"Thought there were other calls that could’ve been called flagrant, too," Green told Tim Kawakami of the Mercury News following the contest. "I’m under the impression that if you were hit in the head, incidental contact, that’s a flagrant foul if I’m not mistaken, according to the rule book."

Whether Green likes it or not, officials have made it a point of emphasis to crack down on kicks this season given all that transpired during last year's playoffs.

"They’re going to do what they want to do," Green said. "Whatever they decide is what they decide. Ain’t much I can do about it, ain’t much apparently anybody else can do about it."

"A lot of other calls led up to that one call," Green said. "Really don’t care, they’re going to do what they’re going to do regardless …."

While the rest of the league has taken notice of Draymond's flailing, the two-time DPOY runner-up doesn't appear all too concerned about it.

"So I really don’t care what it is they called it. I’ll move on."
