If Wisconsin is going to win the Big Ten championship game versus Penn State, it may have to do it without starting quarterback Alex Hornibrook.

Hornibrook was listed as questionable with a head injury on the Badgers' Monday injury report. The freshman was removed from Saturday's game against Minnesota in the second quarter, after banging his head on the turf on an out-of-bounds hit.

“I know he got on the bike (Sunday) and did some things and said he felt good. We’ll probably just take it day by day there,” coach Paul Chryst told Alex Putterman of landof10.com.

Bart Houston replaced Hornibrook against the Gophers, completing 9-of-14 passes for 123 yards.

The Badgers face East Division winners Penn State on Saturday at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, with the winner possibly getting an invite to the College Football Playoff.
