Champions League draw: Arsenal to play Bayern, Barcelona meets PSG

We were promised heavyweight tilts, and the football gods delivered, as the Round of 16 draw for this season's Champions League was conducted Monday in Nyon, Switzerland.
Familiar foes will lock horns, as the marquee matchups of the round see Arsenal clash with Bayern Munich, while Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain meet once again.
A quick glance at the fixture list suggests we could very well be looking at four teams from La Liga in the quarter-finals of Europe's showpiece competition.

Plenty can change between now and February, when the Round of 16 gets underway, but it's impossible to avoid the feeling that Real Madrid, Juventus, and Manchester City will be very pleased with the outcome.
