Watch: Batman makes field goal during Cincinnati game

About the only highlight for Cincinnati fans during Friday's game against Memphis was seeing someone dressed as Batman kick - and make - a field goal during a timeout on the field.

2016 has not gone well for the Bearcats between being left at the altar by the Big 12 on expansion, head coach Tommy Tuberville telling a fan to "go to hell," and Cincinnati's 1-5 record in conference play. The Bearcats had not made a field goal or scored at all in Friday's game before the Caped Crusader took the field, and were losing 20-0 in the second quarter.

But, like "The Dark Knight Rises" said: "Suffering builds character."
