Once a Spur, always a Spur.
Retired superstar Tim Duncan showed up at San Antonio Spurs practice Monday and took some free throws, among other things.

Don't start turning wheels about this meaning something. Duncan helped out the team during training camp as well. He has an official role with the Spurs, but isn't usually at practice.
Still, Gregg Popovich has offered his longtime franchise player a job as "coach of whatever he wants" any time he is ready.
