Asante Samuel lobbies for return to CB-needy Eagles

Ex-NFL cornerback Asante Samuel hasn't played pro football since 2013, but he believes he still has skills that can help the Philadelphia Eagles.
The 35-year-old watched his former team give up a long touchdown on a slant route to New York Giants star Odell Beckham Jr. on Sunday and then sent out the following tweets:

The Doug here is Eagles head coach Doug Pederson.
Samuel played for the Eagles from 2008-11, making 23 interceptions over that span. It's safe to say many fans would welcome him back.
