Lions' Washington a healthy scratch vs. Texans
Raj Mehta / USA TODAY Sports
Detroit Lions running back Dwayne Washington is inactive Sunday against the Houston Texans despite not being listed on this week's injury report.
Washington had a brief run seeing carries earlier this season before an ankle issue forced him to miss two games, but he now appears to have fallen well behind in the pecking order.
Theo Riddick remains entrenched in the lead role now that he's returned from injury, while Zach Zenner and Justin Forsett should see their share of rotational reps on early downs.
