Cheapest ticket for Game 3 at Wrigley selling for over $2K
Fans waiting until the last minute to get their hands on a ticket for Game 3 of the World Series at Wrigley Field, might be in luck. For a price, of course.
As of Thursday, the least expensive ticket - according to StubHub - was going for just over $2,000 US, located in the outfield upper deck. There are approximately 50 tickets available in the bleachers and outfield, going for anywhere between $2,000-$2,500.
The most expensive pair of tickets were going for $30,000 apiece, located in the dugout box. On average, 2016 World Series tickets have sold for $2,983.46, the highest in league history, according to Eben Novy-Williams from Bloomberg with data from Ticket IQ.

Game 3 will be played Friday in Chicago, the first time the Cubs will host a championship game at home since Oct. 10, 1945.
