Here are the key news and notes for Saturday, October 22:

Broncos' Devontae Booker earning more snaps

In order to jump-start an offense struggling on first down, 7 Denver's Troy E. Renck expects rookie RB Devontae Booker to see increased action after a strong Week 6 showing (46 yards on five attempts). Renck quotes QB Trevor Siemian as saying Booker "brings juice" to the offense. Denver's Week 7 opponent, Houston, allows 126.3 rushing yards per game.

Fantasy Impact: While Booker has only 34 attempts on the season, he's averaging 4.7 yards per carry, a mark far greater than starter C.J. Anderson's 3.5. He's certainly worth a speculative add in season-long leagues in case he can cement at least an even split of the carries. After Houston, Denver faces San Diego, Oakland and New Orleans before a Week 11 bye, so the immediate schedule looks favorable.

Eifert's action will be limited in season debut

Fantasy Impact: Cincinnati Bengals TE Tyler Eifert should make his season debut at home to the Cleveland Browns, but it looks like his playing time will be limited. He's owned in the majority of fantasy leagues, but he should probably be left on the bench if better options are available. Eifert had 13 TDs in as many games last season, and his fantasy value depends on him finding the end zone against the Browns.

Jay Ajayi is "unquestioned No. 1 option" in Miami

Dolphins RB Jay Ajayi, despite a return to health by Arian Foster, is the team's "unquestioned No.1 option" at the position, according to ESPN Dolphins reporter James Walker.

Fantasy Impact: Ajayi had a true breakout game in Week 6, carrying 25 times for 204 yards and two touchdowns. He'd only totaled 31 carries and 117 yards over the previous four games he'd been active for, and the Dolphins have handed carries to Foster, Kenyan Drake and Damien Williams as well this season. Ajayi's newfound army of fantasy owners will undoubtedly be pleased he'll be given the chance to prove himself as Miami's lead back.
