Francisco Lindor is loving October baseball.

The Cleveland Indians shortstop has quickly emerged as a household name this postseason, and his legend grew in Saturday's Game 2 with another two-hit performance against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Lindor has now recorded three straight multi-hit games in the playoffs dating back to Game 3 of the ALDS in Boston. His heroics were highlighted by an RBI single in the third inning off J.A. Happ that stood up as the winning run for Cleveland, who edged by Toronto with a 2-1 victory to take a 2-0 series lead north of the border.

Lindor is the first Indians player to do that in the playoffs since another famous Cleveland shortstop, Omar Vizquel, did it during the 1998 playoffs, according to ESPN Stats & Info.

On Friday night, Lindor's two-run homer off Marco Estrada proved to be the difference in Cleveland's series-opening 2-0 victory.

The 22-year-old is hitting .500 through two games in the ALCS, while also providing spectacular defense up the middle.
