San Diego Chargers head coach Mike McCoy's seat is heating up.
After a 1-3 start - which included three blown fourth-quarter leads - McCoy is facing a critical two-game stretch that could decide his fate, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
The Chargers face the Oakland Raiders on Sunday, and then have a short week before facing the Denver Broncos on Thursday.
A loss to the Raiders is unlikely to cost McCoy his job, but losing both games could lead to a change, according to Rapoport.
Some within the organization reportedly expected changes after the Week 4 loss to the New Orleans Saints.
