Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown was flagged once again for excessive celebration Sunday after catching a touchdown to put his team up 21-0 over the Kansas City Chiefs.
Brown was fined for a "salacious" dance after scoring against the Washington Redskins in Week 1.
The NFL is apparently doing its best to bring the "Key & Peele" parody sketch to life.
