Stamkos finally strikes for Canada
Dan Hamilton / USA TODAY Sports
Steven Stamkos can finally breathe a sigh of relief.
After several glorious chances throughout the World Cup, the Canadian sniper finally hit the back of the net in Game 1 of the final against Europe, ending somewhat of a drought.
Steven Stamkos scores on his 26th shot for Team Canada in #WCH2016, including the three pre-tournament games. Curse is over.
