Report: Rutgers' Grant, Lambert out for season

Rutgers wide receiver Janarion Grant and defensive lineman Quanzell Lambert will miss the remainder of the season due to injury, Ryan Dunleavy of NJ.com reports.

Grant, the Scarlet Knights' top playmaker, suffered an ankle injury Saturday against Iowa and was seen on crutches after the game. The senior has 20 receptions for 210 yards this season.

Lambert, also a senior, was carted off the field with a leg injury. He's recorded 16 tackles and 0.5 sacks this year.

Rutgers dropped to 2-2 with a loss to the Hawkeyes, and is headed into the toughest part of its schedule, with matchups against Ohio State and Michigan on tap.
