Bills' Watkins indicates he'll play vs. Cardinals in tweet

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins is officially questionable to play Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals, but appeared to indicate he'd be in the lineup on Twitter the night before.

Watkins is dealing with a nagging foot injury and head coach Rex Ryan revealed Friday it was unlikely for the third-year pro to suit up in Week 3, saying: "Odds probably not real good that he plays."

Conflicting reports have emerged about Watkins' status, but as of Saturday, the Bills were still holding out hope they'd have their No. 1 target in the lineup against the high-flying Cardinals.

Watkins has started slow in the wake of offseason foot surgery, catching just six passes for 63 yards in two games.
