Watch: Tebow goes deep for 1st HR in Mets' uniform

Everyone's got to start somewhere.
After showing MLB scouts in August that he's able to run really fast in a straight line, and mash home runs in batting practice, Tim Tebow signed a minor-league deal with the New York Mets.
After his first BP session as part of the organization on Monday didn't feature a single home run, the former Heisman Trophy winner showed some pop a day later, going yard a number of times.
While hitting homers off batting practice pitching is impressive, Tebow will need to show that he's able to do it in a live game.
