Joe Hart is reportedly bound for Italy.

According to Sky Sports News HQ, Hart will fly to Italy on Tuesday ahead of an expected loan move to Torino, as the English 'keeper was given permission by the Football Association to leave England's training camp ahead of the Three Lions' first 2018 World Cup qualifier.

It was reported on Monday that Hart informed Manchester City of his desire to join Torino on a season-long loan, and the 29-year-old is confident of a deal being completed before the closure of summer transfer window. Meanwhile, Fabrizio Romano of Sky Sport and the Guardian alleged that the move is a "done deal" and a medical will be undergone on Tuesday.

Hart appears to be Pep Guardiola's third-choice 'keeper at City, as the product of Shrewsbury Town found himself on the bench for the Citizens' first three fixtures of the 2016-17 Premier League season. Willy Caballero was named to the club's starting XI for all three matches, and Claudio Bravo will be joining the rotation after moving to the Etihad Stadium from Barcelona for €18 million (£15.4 million).

At Torino, minutes should be much easier to come by for Hart. His competition lies in Daniele Padelli, an Italian 'keeper who joined the club on a free transfer in 2013.

"The goalkeeper is an idea we wanted to follow," Gianluca Petrachi, Torino's sporting director, said. "If it's Hart then good, otherwise we will certainly be doing something in the market for that role."

England kicks off its 2018 World Cup qualifying campaign away to Slovakia on Sept. 4. Whether Hart is back with the Three Lions' squad by then remains to be seen.
