NFL upholds Josh Brown's suspension

The NFL upheld New York Giants kicker Josh Brown's one-game suspension and released a statement detailing their rationale for the ban.
After reviewing the evidence in this one incident, we imposed a one-game suspension for violation of the personal conduct policy.
Mr. Brown and the NFLPA appealed the discipline, but the decision was upheld by a hearing officer.
Brown was sanctioned earlier this week, reportedly stemming from a May 2015 domestic violence incident against his ex-wife.
Molly Brown told police that the kicker had been the aggressor toward her over 20 times, with the pattern of behavior beginning when she was pregnant with their daughter in 2009.
