Watch: Ichiro nabs Wong at home with perfect throw

With most of the attention on the bat of Ichiro Suzuki at Marlins Park on Friday, the ageless wonder decided to remind the attending audience he can play defense too.

With Kolten Wong on third base in the fourth inning, Ichiro fielded a Greg Garcia fly ball and made a tremendous throw to nail the St. Louis Cardinals infielder at home plate.

It was the sixth outfield assist of the season for the 10-time Gold Glover, who is attempting to become the 30th player in MLB history to earn 3,000 hits. He's currently sitting at 2,998.
