With six guards on Oregon's roster for 2016, Kendall Small appears to feel he should search for playing time elsewhere.

The sophomore point guard has elected to transfer from the Ducks, according to Eric Sondheimer of the Los Angeles Times, citing Small's father.

The 6-foot-2, 175-pounder appeared in 36 games for the Ducks in 2015, averaging 1.7 points in 7.8 minutes on 40 percent shooting.

Small is a former four-star recruit in the 2015 class, and was ranked 91st on the ESPN 100. Arizona, Gonzaga, UCLA, USC, and Washington were among the programs that presented offers prior to his commitment to Oregon.
