Craig Sager won't be on the sidelines in Rio.
NBC Sports PR announced Thursday that Sager, who's been battling leukemia, is set to undergo his third bone marrow transplant at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
As such, he won't be reporting at the Summer Games, where he was originally tabbed to cover the basketball tournament with Marv Albert and Doug Collins.
It would've been his fifth consecutive Olympics.
