Watch: Als' Carter ejected after knocking over RedBlacks coach

Duron Carter has no chill, and it cost him Thursday.

After the Montreal Alouettes receiver caught a touchdown - and a late hit to the head area from an Ottawa RedBlacks defender - Carter bumped Ottawa head coach Rick Campbell near the team's sideline, sparking further fireworks.

Carter was ejected from the contest following the altercation, which took place at the 7:25 mark of the third quarter. Carter and Campbell appeared to mend fences after the game, though Carter told reporters the incident wasn't as bad as it looked.

"I didn't even know what happened," he said, according to Rick Moffat of TSN 690. Carter added, "I didn't even know I knocked him down. ... I got cut in the face."

At least one of Carter's teammates, however, was less than impressed with the pass-catcher's temper.

"It's ridiculous ... it can't happen," said Alouettes offensive lineman Jeff Perrett. He added, "Don't care who it was."

Montreal lost the game 28-13.
