Altuve trips rounding 2nd base, can't complete cycle

MLB.com

Jose Altuve would've become the first Houston Astros player to hit for the cycle since 2013 had he not forgotten how to, you know, run.

When Altuve stroked a ball into the left-center gap in the sixth inning at Kauffman Stadium on Saturday, having already notched a double, smoked a three-run homer, and added a single, the diminutive All-Star was thinking three all the way, but, alas, his legs didn't get the memo.

From the looks of it, nobody was more amused by Altuve's flop than George Springer.
