Report: Nets sign Yogi Ferrell to partially guaranteed deal

The Brooklyn Nets have signed undrafted free agent Yogi Ferrell to a partially guaranteed contract, according to Sports Illustrated's Jake Fischer. This includes an invite to play on the Nets' Summer League squad, according to multiple reports.
Ferrell brings excellent speed and an aggressive mindset at the point, and he's been a prolific and deadly 3-point shooter throughout his four-year college career. In his final three seasons at Indiana, he shot 41.2 percent from long range on six attempts per game. He's a water bug who's difficult to track in space, and can be an effective drive-and-kick creator.
