Report: Cal transfer Mathews commits to Gonzaga

Cal transfer Jordan Mathews has committed to Gonzaga, reports ESPN's Jeff Goodman.

Mathews averaged 13.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.3 assists on 42.2 percent shooting in 2015-16 as a Golden Bear. He also shot 41.6 percent from beyond the arc.

A strong all-around player who can light it up from outside and take the ball to the rim, Mathews will make a strong Bulldogs team that much better.
