Weidman congratulates Bisping, warns he'll be taking his belt
After being sidelined due to herniated discs in his neck, Chris Weidman was forced to watch as Luke Rockhold and Michael Bisping fought for the middleweight title at UFC 199.
Rockhold took the belt from Weidman at UFC 194 last December, while Bisping served as Weidman's injury replacement in Saturday's main event, taking the fight on 17 days notice.
Prior to the fight, Weidman shared his feelings on Twitter, apologizing to fans and making a prediction.
I created this cocky bastard. All my fault. Sorry to everyone who has to see this. It will be short lived.

As Bisping scored a shocking knockout in the first round, Weidman was quick to kick Rockhold while he was down.
Wow cockiness gets kicked in the ass

However, he quickly realized how Bisping's win changes the landscape in the middleweight division.
Don't know how to feel right now.

Ultimately, Weidman congratulated the new champion, while issuing a warning.
Mann... Congrats to Bisping. I'll be waiting in MSG for you to hand me over that belt. Good job.
