Dustin Poirier does not suffer fools.

"The Diamond" faced off with the brash Bobby Green in the opener of UFC 199 on Saturday in Inglewood, Calif. and he found himself having to deal with Green's trademark chicanery.

As confident as ever, Green threw his hands up as if to invite Poirier to do his best to hit him, which he did. Over and over and over again.

Green survived the opening barrage only to eat even heavier punches as the first round progressed, leading to a brutal knockout less than three minutes into the fight:

Post-match, Poirier told Joe Rogan that Green was mocking his punching power in the middle of the fight. Since returning to the lightweight division, Poirier is now 4-0 with three knockout wins.

Meanwhile, Green drops his second straight.
