Jets' Decker, Marshall report for OTAs

If the absences of New York Jets wideouts Eric Decker and Brandon Marshall were a protest of the team's unwillingness to give Ryan Fitzpatrick the contract he wants, that protest is now over.

Both Decker and Marshall are at the team facility Tuesday and will participate in OTAs, according to multiple reports.

It's unclear why the pair of veteran pass-catchers skipped some of the Jets' voluntary workouts earlier this month. Some speculation had the pair upset with the Jets for dragging their feet in re-signing 2015 starting quarterback Fitzpatrick, but Marshall denied he was staying away for that reason and Decker seemed to simply want to spend time with his family.

While Decker and Marshall would both like to play alongside Fitzpatrick again, there's no indication either receiver has any bad blood with Jets management.

The Jets reportedly have a three-year offer worth $24 million on the table for Fitzpatrick.
