Things got heated between Bismack Biyombo and Tristan Thompson during the final 60 seconds of the second quarter, with LeBron James ending up the ultimate casualty.
As Thompson walked away, he inadvertently swung his left arm back - with a little help from DeMarre Carroll - and struck James right in the grill, sending him tumbling backward.
The four-time league MVP has been fined by the league just once during his career for flopping. Based on his reaction to being clocked in the moneymaker, a second could be coming his way.
Thompson and Toronto Raptors guard Cory Joseph were both assessed technical fouls for their roles in the mini scuffle.
