Leicester sets another record; Chelsea's weak title defence goes down in infamy

The hits keep on coming for Chelsea, and the accolades continue to pour in for Leicester City.

The Blues welcomed the newly minted Premier League champion to Stamford Bridge on the final day of the season, and the eventual 1-1 draw saw the Foxes, who won the league by 10 points, finish an incredible 31 points clear of their hosts on Sunday.

Chelsea, meanwhile, will see its season go down in history for all the wrong reasons; the west London side's 10th-place finish is officially the worst title defence in the Premier League era.
