VfB Stuttgart will be taking the pitch in 2. Bundesliga for the first time in nearly four decades.
On Saturday, Stuttgart was relegated from the Bundesliga for only the second time in its history and for the first time in 41 years, as a 3-1 defeat at VfL Wolfsburg confirmed what looked to be a certainty for quite some time.
