Bayern Munich forward Robert Lewandowski smashed yet another Bundesliga record on Saturday, scoring his 30th goal of the season against Hannover 96, the most ever scored by any foreign-born player in the league's history.

The Polish striker opened the scoring in the 12th minute, tapping home a rebound off a quick break from the edge of the box.

Lewandowski is also the first player to score 30 goals in a Bundesliga season since 1977, when Dieter Muller scored 34 goals for 1. FC Koln.

The Polish international also broke the record for the fastest player to score five goals when he netted five goals in nine minutes against Wolfsburg.
