Fury mocks Klitschko's inability to out-box 'a big fat gypsy'

Becoming the world's premier heavyweight boxer has done little to change Tyson Fury's aggressive promotional tactics.

Having previously dressed up as Batman to put on a bizarre show prior to his first meeting with Wladimir Klitschko, he stuck to more conventional trash talk at a Wednesday press conference for their rematch on July 9.

Fury upset Klitschko last November to become the WBA, WBO, and IBF world heavyweight champion, and he was happy to recall the victory for his opponent and the gathered media.

"He got beat the first time around fair and square," said Fury, according to ESPN's Nick Parkinson. "He got beat on his own turf, you got whooped. You will have to come 1,000 times better because you landed about four times in 12 rounds against a big fat gypsy.

"You are a hall of dog s--- fighter in my mind. I'm going to knock him out inside a round just to show how s--- he is and no 40-year-old is going to beat me, 27 years old."

The tirade came after a blunt comment from Klitschko in regards to insulting comments Fury made in the past directed at homosexuals and women:

"For people that say and think the same way out there, and to you, Fury," said Klitschko. "I want to say: 'f--- off.'"

Klitschko admitted he made mistakes in the first fight, and also guaranteed a knockout in the rematch, much to Fury's chagrin.

"My grandmother was a fortune teller and I can read you like a book, so I must be Nostradamus," said Fury. "How is he going to knock me out when you landed three punches in 12 rounds last time.

"He's a psychologically weak person, he will he quaking in his boots (like he was) before the first fight against a big fat man from England."
