The Cleveland Browns have selected linebacker Joe Schobert out of Wisconsin with the first pick in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

Schobert is the first of eight Day 3 picks for the Browns. The Browns don't appear likely to target any specific positions, but rather select the best player available every time they're on the clock.

In Schobert, the Browns get a linebacker who was highly productive in college. He likely won't contribute much as a rookie, but has the chance to develop into a useful defensive player.
