Rental Agent: Person claiming to be Josh Gordon with Manziel at trashed house
After multiple conflicting reports of Johnny Manziel's living arrangements surfaced in recent weeks, it appears one of them may have been true.
Nicholas Goodwin, the owner of the agency that rented a Hollywood Hills home to Manziel told cleveland.com a person identifying himself as Josh Gordon was with Manziel at the home that was damaged with alcohol and readily visible drugs.

The rental agent did not see Gordon or Manziel drinking or using drugs, but he did see what appeared to be cocaine, mushrooms, and marijuana when the two were in the home.
Gordon had reportedly picked up Manziel after a hit-and-run accident that occurred on the weekend of April 9th.
Goodwin's lawyer wrote to Manziel's representatives alleging the troubled former quarterback caused nearly $32,000 in damages to the home and has threatened to sue the 23-year-old.
