Jason Pierre-Paul reveals horrific photos from fireworks accident
New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul is finally opening up about the Fourth of July fireworks accident that nearly cost him his right hand.
Pierre-Paul shared his story in an exclusive interview with Jason Buckland of Sports Illustrated, going into great detail about the accident and sharing horrific photos of the aftermath.

"You see all your ligaments, your tendons, everything," Pierre-Paul recalled. "I saw how the hand really is without skin on it."
Pierre-Paul said he has no regrets about the accident and is thankful the damage wasn't worse.
"I could dwell on it, like, 'Damn, I wish I had that finger,'" he said, "but when I look in the mirror, I'm happy. Thank the Lord - it could have been worse."
