The Los Angeles Clippers, whatever is left of them, will look extremely different when they take the court Friday.
In addition to the recently recovered Blake Griffin, head coach Doc Rivers is holding out Chris Paul, DeAndre Jordan, Wesley Johnson, and J.J. Redick.
Jeff Green and Austin Rivers are also questionable due to knee and ankle ailments.
Having already locked themselves into the four seed, the Clippers have very little to play for, and holding out their core players will give them three straight days off until their next game on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the Utah Jazz get the benefit of playing half a Clippers team in their continued chase for the eighth seed. Utah holds a precarious one-game lead over the Houston Rockets.
