Stanford's Christian McCaffrey breaks Pac-12 single-season all-purpose yards record

Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports

Stanford's Christian McCaffrey has done it all for the Cardinal this season. Running back, kick returner, punt returner - you name it, he's done it, and done it well.

On Saturday against Notre Dame, McCaffrey broke Reggie Bush's single-season Pac-12 all-purpose yards record of 2,890 set back in 2005.

The sophomore racked up 389 all-purpose yards in last week's win over California.

Barry Sanders has the single-season all-purpose yards record with 3,249 set back in 1988 with Oklahoma State.
