Former UCLA defensive back Priest Willis is heading to College Station, announcing Thursday on Twitter that he will transfer to Texas A&M.

Willis, a sophomore, will have to sit out the 2015 season, per NCAA transfer rules, according to John Taylor of NBC Sports.

Starting in 2016, he'll have two years of eligibility remaining.

The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Willis appeared in 12 games – one of which he started – with the Bruins in 2014, totaling 22 tackles, including seven against Arizona State.
