No one has more hits on their highlight reel than Fotu Leiato.

Prior to his senior year at Steilacoom High School in Washington, Leiato was a zero-star recruit with zero scholarship offers, piquing the interest of just one FBS school - Wyoming.

Now, he's going to Oregon on a full ride.

Following his final year of school, the linebacker put out a highlight tape on recruiting site Hudl. His bone-crushing hits and high-octane runs in the backfield transformed him into an instant online sensation, even though no one had previously heard of him.

"My views were at like 1,000 or something and then my friend got to me on Instagram and he was like 'you got 12,000 views man,'" Leiato said.

His sophomore and junior highlights are packaged together, receiving a mere 1,232 views since being posted on Dec. 5, 2014. His senior reel - uploaded on Jan. 16, 2015 - he's gotten more than 505,000 views, tops on Hudl.

"I'm from a two-A school, a small school, and I just made No. 1 views on Hudl," he said. "It was pretty amazing, I was like, dang."

When Wyoming saw his tape, Leiato received an offer on the spot. When one school offers a scholarship, other programs take notice. Sure enough, most every Big Sky Conference (FCS) school had been in touch, and then it was Washington State's turn.

The Pac-12 caught wind of an in-region diamond in the rough and before he knew it, Leiato was receiving full scholarship offers from everywhere.

The now-three-star recruit hit the jackpot, all due to the benefits of social media.

"I was shocked when Michigan State came through and they said, 'we want to offer you a full ride,'" he said. "I never met these guys and they're offering me a ride, so I must be good."
